Our rates are simple no matter the task. 

  • There is no minimum charge all services are billed per designated request. 
  • If you are sending us to pick up supplies, you will be responsible for the cost.
  • We will always provide receipts and proof of purchase.
  • Local destinations, within reason, are included in the price. 
  • Anything long distance or special will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.
  • Clients may select from a pay-as-you-go arrangement, or benefit from discounted rates by signing up for a retainer agreement.

 How many hours must I sign up for?

  • You are not obliged to sign up for any number of hours. Often clients will hire an Realtor Associate Agent for one or two projects just as a “try out”. Once you are satisfied with the service, and have a better understanding of the volume of work you are interested in outsourcing, you might want to take advantage of the reduced rate retainer packages that many offer. Or if you prefer you can just stick with the pay as you go arrangement.

Just show up to the open house focused on the sale, knowing that your signs are placed and your Deluxe package is ready to go. 

Package One – 5 Opens in bulk, Basic, or VIP5 Opens and full storage*. This package also includes a detailed map of exact locations of where your signs will be placed. Our driver will leave a door sign reading “This open house is from …. to ….. sorry we missed you. Please contact us with questions or for a private showing.” This way you can take it down during the open and put it back up when you leave, detouring any disturbances.Basic – $198.99

A door hanger stating open times and your agent info is also provided detouring any disturbances. Also includes Doorstep Deluxe Packageof personalized water bottles that can be customized with your agent info or property detail. The package also includes a choice of tempting pastries, cookies or other sweets. 

Storage:

$9.99 per month storage fee – for all your signs, flags and any other property. It does not matter if you are taking some time off or having a slow period, this fee covers all storage costs. This can be paid in in either 3, 6, or 12 month increments.
